Hello guys.
I bought a Raspberry Pi 4B 10 Inch LCD Video Game Console to TV Includes 13000 Games Installed Retropie Mini Arcade Machine from aliexpress at Christmas, can you advise me on how I can soft reset my arcade box please? for some reason it is stuck on one menu. I can only chose 2 menu items (collections and favourites)
I am a newbie when it comes to retropie so any advice is very welcome.

We don't support 3rd party images, especially the ones sold with ROMs. Ask the seller or vendor about it.
If you wish to 'reset' it, then you can install the image from retropie.org.uk/download, instructions on how to install are here. -
Yeah, I'd say the vendor probably "locked" their version of EmulationStation and it can't be altered without their action. The free official image as mitu directed is the best option if you want control over your system.
