Auto creating custom collections

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to automatically generate 'best of' collections, based on my actual roms. For example: Nintendo classics, Arcade classics …I saw in a YouTube video a script called 'es collection list generator' in the options menu. I think that this is what I'm looking for.
Does anyone know anything about it? How can I install it?
