Do you have to download the Ir-gpsp emulator online or is it already in retropie? Im using a Raspberry Pi Zero WH. Im trying to make my own handheld GBA emulator and Im really new to this kind of thing.

lr-gpsp is already installed on the image for the Pi1/0 that you download from retropie.org.uk/download.
