New config for Hotkeys

Hi All,

I'm playing around with hotkeys and I'm a bit stuck - I can edit the existing hotkeys (mapped hotkey select to PS button for example) but when I try to add new commands like fullscreen or pause they don't work - Any ideas?

Also I'm trying to disable the keyboard input entirely but no matter what I change it still works.

Here's what I'm trying in the CFG:

sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/"GasiaCo.,LtdPS(R)Gamepad.cfg"
sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/"PLAYSTATION(R)3Controller.cfg.bak"
sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/"PLAYSTATION(R)3Controller.cfg"
sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/USBGamepad.cfg

Select = 0 (Exit Emulator)
PS Button = 16 (Hotkey)
Start = 3 (Pause)
FullScreen = 16 (Triangle)

input_pause_toggle = "3"
input_toggle_fullscreen = "16"

Disable Keyboard
sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg
#all
