I'm clueless. I hit reboot by mistake and now its stuck on recalbox screen. Is there a simple fixed. Do I need to hook it up to pc. I got it plug n play.

Sounds like a clear cut case of using a 3rd party image. This is an official forum and only supports official images.

Why are you posting here ? This is a forum for RetroPie, not Recalbox. You're probably going to get the same answer in the Recalbox forums though (no support for sold/3rd party images).

Unless you're willing to learn how to install and configure RetroPie/Recalbox, then I suggest you ask for a refund on your puchase.

@mitu think I will have to teach myself new skills in the world of retropie and recalbox.
Would love to learn and and go about it the right way. Think I've found my new hobby and project now. Any tips and official website to help me on my way would be greatly appreciated #newbiewantstolearn

For RetroPie you can start here. I'm sure Recalbox (or Batocera/Lakka, while we're at it) have similar documentation pages.
