I have disabled notifications but I am still receiving notification emails for anything, what can I do?

Check if you have Subscribed to a category from the forum and remove the subscription. I see you've set all categories to 'Watched', you might want to remove that also. The forum will automatically set any topic you reply or open to 'Watched'.
