Marquee image no longer showing up

I have a digital marquee and all of a sudden the TMNT arcade marquee image is not showing up, all other games marquees show up just fine. It was there last time i fired up the arcade, now it’s gone. The file path is
/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/wheel/tmnt2po.png -
