Recalbox games not starting

Hi, I’m not a technical user - I bought a Recalbox that was loaded with games which worked perfectly - I completed the most recent update and now cannot get a couple of games to load such as Bomberman or Bubble Bobble - they go into the game but no button on my controller does anything - I know the controllers are fine as they work on other games

I wasn’t sure if resetting to factory settings would reset the unit - or clear off all of the pre loaded games?

Any idea on how to fix issues with these games?

This is not the Recalbox forum, I think you got the wrong forum.
But, as probably you'd get the same answer there: we don't support pre-loaded 3rd party systems. Ask the seller for support.
