No booting up.

Okay so I boot up my retropi and it goes to the initial retropi screen but then tries to load a read only file?
Pi Model: 3 Model B 2016
RetroPie Version Used: 3.8.1
Built: SD Image
USB Devices connected: Dual Shock 3, Keyboard, Mouse

How to replicate the problem: Turn it on
Cannot read table of mounted file systems: no such file or directoryI have a picture of it but when I try to use the picture button on this it just writes out undefined in brackets and parentheses.
