8BitDo SN30 Pro not working with the USB cable, I have to wait a few minutes first.

When I turn it on with B + Start, the light turns off.
Pi Model or other hardware: 3B+
Power Supply used:Samsung USB cable
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest):4.1?
Built From:Pre-made image
USB Devices connected:Keyboard, and controller cable
Controller used:8BitDo SN30 pro -

If this is a phone charger, it's most likely not providing enough power to the Pi and the USB ports are not properly powered. Use a proper Pi 3B+ power source.
