Getting hundreds of emails from the forum

I've unsubscribed the newsletter and every setting that I can fine but I still get every new post emailed to me.
Is it because I donated - I can't see an unsubscribe option anywhere.If I request my account to be deleted will it stop it do you think?

@natlofthouse Did you subscribe or choose to 'watch' some categories from the forums ?

@mitu I remember an option popped up after I made my first post and I selected yes, but now I get an email from every new post on the whole site.

Can you checkf if you 'subscribed' to any category ?
Should be shown at the top of the category

I was looking in my settings, did realise there was a setting on the category page.
