      I've been searching around for a couple of days but haven't found nothing explicit regarding CHD support for lr-pcsx_rearmed on Retropie 4.6 (stretch).

      I've tested 4.7 in another SD card and there it is, been wondering if there is really the only way to have CHD support for PSX games, once the image I'm using by now is working great besides that and heavily customized so far, that I'm not in the mood of updating it from scratch...

      Thanks in advance!

        I think CHDs are supported from 4.5, so it should work - have you tested it ?

          @mitu I've tried to load a CHD that I've converted with chdman on lr-pcsx_rearmed 1.8.8 r22 and it did not load. I thought that I might been using the wrong chdman version, but when I've tried it with the other SD with Retropie 4.7, it loaded just fine, as well as other CHDs that I've been messing around with... I even tried to copy / paste its respective libretro between SD cards, with no success... that was why I was wondering if it would be related to the OS itself...

          Well, that's some good news at least, will try to mess with diferent versions of lr-pcsx_rearmed to find where am I doing wrong.

          Thank you for the quick response!

            Just in case anybody has the same issue, been able to solve it by:

            • checking that when the BIOS directory was set, the game wasn't loading. Removing it made the games load, with the warning about setting BIOS directory;
            • went to the BIOS directory and realized that I was so lazy that I had like 20 repeated PSX BIOSes, removing them and leaving only the ones expected by the core did the trick.

            Now I am able of reducing by 10 GB my PSX set and enjoying Retroachievements for PSX !

            Thanks a lot, @mitu ! =)
