      Hello,

I have a Xin Mo Dual Arcade controller.
I've followed the instructions here https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Xin-Mo-Controller and both player 1 and 2 are recognized and work.

However, player 2 has two additional buttons that I would like to use for player 1 . .
Is there a way to switch player 1 and 2 on this controller?
Or alternatively, is there a way for hotkeys to work with player 2s controller?

      Thanks for your help

Yes. Need to edit some config files.
To change the input for libretro emulators you can also use this tool: https://github.com/meleu/RetroPie-joystick-selection

Or alternatively, is there a way for hotkeys to work with player 2s controller?

In libretro emulators, only player1 can perform hotkey actions.
