I was removing some packages that don't intend to ever use on my RetroPie arcade cabinet. So I was removing the Quake and Quake 3 ports, when I went back into emulation station the ports menu was gone. There are still scripts for super Mario war, doom, and Wolfenstein in there but no ports menu.

      Any advice?

re-install one of the ports you want to keep. I will see if I can reproduce it (It shouldn't remove ports unless the ports folder is empty)

I did find a bug here actually, and it should be fixed now. I think I saw this problem myself once, so went to check and could see it right away.

Excellent, updated the script and installed/uninstalled the lr-tyrquake package and ports stayed this time. Thank you.
