      Hi there,
Since 3 or 4 days ago I've noticed I cannot use any gamepad on any bash menu script (retropie-setup script or the press any key menu before launching a game for editing default emu or video mode).
The gamepad works fine inside emulation station or inside any game though. I,ve tried with an 8bitdo sn30pro on bluetooth and with an old xbox 360 wired, no difference whatsoever.
Any ideas on what could be the issue?

      Regards

@pic16f84 I had a similar issue and performed a few steps, not sure which of them that fixed it. But there was a change in joy2key recently. So I reinstalled that. I also installed os updates, there was an update for Bluetooth. That update ended up with none of my wireless controllers working at all.

When I looked in the registered Bluetooth devices, it was empty and I had to pair them again. Also the SN30 (can’t recall what it’s called) driver that initiates the controllers at boot needed to be reinstalled again.

Then, everything worked again, but not sure what fixed it…

Hope it helps in some way!

@stuffu for some reason joy2pad was not installed. I installed it and everything is back to normal. Thanks
