Adding picture to custom game collection

I created a custom game collection in my theme in Emulationstation for fighters. Real simple. But I can't figure out how to add a picture to the collection (see attached)
. I tried to find a fighters folder amongst the themes and couldn't find one.Any help is appreciated, thank you.

@addison Yeah, I actually watched that one. But it never covers adding the image.
