Clicked something I shouldn't have (B is not "back" in the RetroPie-setup script menus), accidentally did upgrade Raspbian related tools.

Oops! What exactly have I done? Can I undo it? Should I care?

Edit: I'm on a Pi 4, relatively recent everything, have done a dist-upgrade about a week ago.

It's only doing an update of the OS packages (apt update && apt dist-upgrade).
If you're using the Setup script interactively, everything is logged in $HOME/RetroPie-Setup/logs, so you can check out what happened when you chose an action/invoked an option/etc.

@mitu I suppose this function stretch_fix_raspbiantools (in ~/RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/supplementary/raspbiantools.sh) won't have done anything since I'm not on stretch & never have been (Pi 4), is that right? And besides that, looks like it's, as you said, just an update && dist-upgrade, which is what already I did a week ago. No harm no foul then, eh?
