delete some hot key shortcuts like reset game

Hi
How can I delete hot key shortcuts like reset (cross+select) and so many more, expect for main hot key L3+R3 for menu emulator and start+ select twice press for return to emulation station. In Sypthon Filter it's easy to press select+cross in game, then game is reseting:(

I need to delete these shortcut globally for all emulator, I don't need them.

These are defined in your retroarch joypad autoconfig at /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/autoconfig/[gamepad ID].cfg. You can remove or #comment any functions that you wish to disable.

quit_press_twice = "true" goes in your retroarch.cfg.
