Retropie On-Screen Controls?

Hello! I just bought a touchscreen to go with my Pi 4 and I was wondering if you can use On Screen Controls in retroarch/emulationstation. I know in the android port of retroarch there is on screen controls so I was wondering if there was a way to port them onto the raspberry pi. Thank you so much in advance for your help!
