retroarch.cfg files missing from few systems on clean base images

Good day to all,
Jus to bring to your attention that couple systems are missing their corresponding retroarch.cfg file from /opt/retroarch/configs/systemname
Pi Zero: OK
Pi3 :- channelf (uses lr-fbneo-chf points to /opt/retropie/configs/channelf/retroarch.cfg)
- coleco (uses lr-fbneo-cv points to /opt/retropie/configs/coleco/retroarch.cfg)
- msx (uses lr-fbneo-msx points to /opt/retropie/configs/msx/retroarch.cfg)
Pi4:
- coleco (uses lr-fbneo-cv points to /opt/retropie/configs/coleco/retroarch.cfg)
- msx (uses lr-fbneo-msx points to /opt/retropie/configs/msx/retroarch.cfg)
Shouldnt the channelf be also on pi4 base since its using the lr-fbneo?
