Raspi2png or Screenshot (tool) alternative from CLi thats isnt using bcm library

I was wondering if you now or can do an alternative of
https://github.com/AndrewFromMelbourne/raspi2png
or
https://github.com/info-beamer/tools (screenshot only - preferred tool)
as they both depend on "bcm_host.h"

I wanted to have a tool for rockchip based boards.
Again the pro of above 2 is that can be run without a desktop remotely and create a screenshot
