Hello, I'm very new to all this so I'll try to be as specific as possible with what I need help with.

I'm currently using a raspberry Pi 4 8 gb model
Basic retropie image from the official website

The deal is I have my pi connected to a 5 inch display that uses a U shaped adapter that only allows me to connect to hdmi 0 playing around with other cables I've noticed that is I only use hdmi 1, it works normally with the small screen and if connected to a bigger screen at the same time while booting, the large screen takes priority automatically, so by said U shaped adapter I am forced to connect to hdmi 0 and use hdmi 1 for an external monitor.
The question is, how can I swap the port priority so it defaults to hdmi 1 when both ports are in use?
Thank you in advance, I apologice if what am asking is either imposible, the question is not well written or if it is something that was solved long ago.
