I have installed RetroPie for Ubuntu. Is that the same version setup as the one for the actual RPi?

@battlecat yes pending platform specific builds, some modules only work on pi, some only work on pc

Thanks. I just noticed that there was no Daphne folder on the Ubuntu install but there seemed to be one on the Pi install. Maybe I created the Daphne folder on the Pi install and forgot.

Daphne is not currently available for X86 target.

Okay so I am not loosing my mind. There was no Daphne installed or able to be installed on the Ubuntu installation of Retropie.

Thanks! I may have been searching for a long time. I'm terrible and I am sure it is documented on one of the RetroPie sites but a folder with a Readme that says that would have been great to see.

thanks, again for everyone's hard work.

@herb_fargus Really? Colecovision? LOL I can understand a slightly more advanced system but a Colecovision emulator is only 64 bit and not 32 bit? WOW! LOL Thanks I needed a good laugh.

No, it's PI specific. So doesn't work on X86/X86_64 (I was using the term X86 to mean both)

It's not about performance, but about compatibility. rpix86 emulator is closed source and contains arm assembler for example so not going to work on a PC.
