      Haven't used retropie before, curios...

1: Can retrieve use 1964 n64 emu if running via wine?
It's meant to be a better all-round emu apparently..

2: Also I have an old mini itx (Intel Sandy Bridge i3 2105) system no longer used so thinking of using it for retropie as there's now a way of using it in Ubuntu 16.04
      https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/RetroPie-Ubuntu-16.04-LTS-x86-Flavor

      Has anyone tried either?
      Thanks

          1. I googled it and according to http://ngemu.com/threads/1964-under-wine-in-linux.50453/ - it does work.

          2. Should work fine.

@BuZz cheers yeah from what I'd read previously is that retropie would only run on Pi hardware, looks like things are changing...
