More emulators preinstalled with the RetroPie image.

I wish RetroPie image to had preinstalled some basic emulators like psp dreamcast scummvm amiga. So, to be more plug and play, without the need of a internet connection and keyboard, to be more a easy to backup a stable image, that someone can use, as a base when a new update create issue's or for future use without the need to update. Thanks.

@windg Some of the emulators are large and this would increase the size of the image. Defaults are sometimes changed, but I don't want to make an image with many more pre-installed emulators.
However you can always take the 4.8 image, install more emulators, and then make an image from it to use as a base.
