      I have read several posts on how to set up PC Engine Cd and nothing seems to work. I am running a pi3 and retropie 4.0 Thanks

        Have you put the bios in the BIOS folder? Are your games in BIN/CUE format? There's a little more information on the Wiki. https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/PC-Engine

          A very likely culprit is a name mismatch between the bin and cue file. Open the cue file in your favorite editor and ensure the bin file name listed there matches the actual bin file name exactly, case and all. It is often the case that the two names do not match and the one in the cue file needs to be changed to match.
