PLEASE HELP, snap videos not showing game preview!

Hey Everyone, I really need some help with this issue I have had my retro pie setup for about 2 years not everything worked great until one day I lost all the video snaps game previews only I’m my ARCADE section. For every other system the game snaps work as they should just the ARCADE folder with I have about 2000+ games all have none and read unknown on the descriptions, I’m new with retro pie so I’m asking for any one’s help please it would be very appreciated :) I have looked through my folders on my retro pie on my PC and compared the ARCADE folder to the other systems and everything seems to be in the right place the only difference I see is that the arcade snaps say EMU MAME VIDEO SNAP PACK and the other folders it just has a image of the game preview snap, thank you so much!

How did you add the video previews in the first place ? Did you use a scraper or you just copied the videos with/without the gamelist ?

@mitu hey thanks for the help! I copied them into the snap folder located in the Roms/arcade/snap they are mp4 format I have about 6 different systems on this machine and all have copied mp4 snaps the same way, they all work. Except the ones in the arcade folder really strange…. And no I did not use any type of scraper just downloaded the mp4s from a EMU site.
