so i made a guide back in 2020 with a 250gb and 1tb drive on the 4.7 retropie

now i needed the sd card and in end i got another and made a new setup with 4.8 and its not working from my guide

i also tried making the 2TB ssd the retropie OS and it doesnt wanna boot up right gets errors using the Nespi4 enclosure... if i use a startech enclosure boots up fine...

but i tried booting off the SD card and then tried formating

      sudo mkfs -t vfat /dev/sda1

      but it failed...

whats the best way with the nespi4 and a 2TB drive to get it working again.. so it either boot off the ssd in the nespi4 usb slot... or off the SD card and manual mount to ssd as it wont manually mount keeps writting to the sd card instead
