Red Light is on but no signal on screen

Hi,
I bought a retropie device on etsy in 2017. It worked fine for a year or so and then I got busy with life and haven't touched it until today.
The red light is coming on. The power supply is the same. But nothing is coming up on the screen.
Any recommendations?
