RetroArch fullscreen setup apper as window with Ubuntu 23.04

I launched a brand new RETROPIE installation on ubuntu 23.04.
I set the "start in fullscreen mode" option to "ON" (as I ever did on older version of ubuntu without any issue).
As you can see the fullscreen mode looks like à window :-(
I managed to "repair" the issue by setting the "show window decorations" to "OFF"
That's not a big deal but I never had to do this setting in any of the older version of ubuntu.
Maybe that's interesting for developers ;-)
