Hi there! please I need help. I want to play X68000 games in retropie and I´m having trouble running them, because I can´t get the emulator to work.

I have retropie running on a raspberrypi 4. I´ve been traying for a long time and I can´t get it to work...

      I did the following:
1)_ Installed the lr-px68k from binary.
2)_ copied the bios files (IPLROM.dat and CGROM.dat) to the keropi folder in the Bios folder of the rpi. previously cheked the MD5 and match with one that appear in the docs.
3)_ I have the roms, tried with .dim, .hdf, etc, but none of them work (when the systema tries to load, it come back to the game list).
4)_ searching the web found that updating the system may work. I did it, but same result.

this is driving me crazy and I´m about to quit.

further reading I came accross with something related to the controller configuration. I don´t know if there´s something to change in the configuration file....

I had a look to the runcommand.log to see what could be the problem, here´s what in the file:
      "Parameters:
      Executing: /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-px68k/px68k_libretro.so --config /opt/retropie/configs/x68000/retroarch.cfg "/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/x68000/Boyoyon v3.56 (1997)(Noz).hdf" --appendconfig /dev/shm/retroarch.cfg
      "
maybe you can help me or teach me how to get the emulator to work.

thanks and hope to hear from you

      Carlos

Please add some info about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Get a verbose log from runcommand (the one you posted doesn't have any detailed info) and post it on pastebin.com.

@mitu I could solve the problem and now I can play the games.

The issue was with the bios file names. The files were in capital letters. I changed that and worked without inconvenient.
