GBA games boot through Nintendo then static and white screen

Pi Model or other hardware: 4
Power Supply used: Vilros provided with switch
RetroPie Version Used: 4.8.4
USB Devices connected: Keyboard and SNES wireless
Controller used: SNES wireless
Error messages received:
Verbose log (if relevant): PasteBinBIOS installed. GBA games now get through the Nintendo waggle boot then reduces to a static burst and a white screen.
