Comparatively, how powerful is the Pi 5?

I've had a Pi 3 and Pi 4 and noticed both still have issues with System 32 games on MAME.
So I am curious as to how the 5 hold up?
Will we finally be able to play System 32 and beyond?
Maybe even as far as some of the 3D Games like Carnevil and Gauntlet Legends? -
