      Hi all,

      I found these forums thanks to Floobs videos which I've used to successfully setup my RetroPie.

      I'm struggling with the Neo Geo emulation however as although I can get the games to run I can't get either my 8Bitdo FC30 Pro or PS3 controller to work with it. I'm using Gngeopi as the emulator through emulation station and the controllers work fine when running Mega Drive/NES/SNES emulation.

      I'm assuming there must be a cfg file that's being referenced when running gngeopi but I can't figure out where it is or what settings I need to add to it.

      Running RetroPie build 3.81 with all the latest updates.

      Any help appreciated.

      Thanks

        @MrChilliBeer have you tried lr-fba-next?

          @MrChilliBeer Gngeopi requires manual controller configuration, but it isn't a default emulator and I recommend lr-fba-next for rpi2/3 (Please provide more information when asking for help as mentioned https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first)

            Thanks, I'm looking at how to setup FBA now as loading a rom quits back to ES.

                @BuZz Spot on!

                I switched to the latest rom set that the wiki lists for fba and I'm now rocking and rolling.

                Next task is scraping as nothing is detected if I scrape within ES at the moment.

                  @MrChilliBeer I'd try this one:

                  Please read the Docs before asking a new question.
