Help! Why Can't I get my Video Splashscreen to show up?? 😡

Here we have these photos of my splash screen video "echo.mp4" and "video1" and "video2" which are in every single possible splashscreen directory folder created you can find the photos here (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1XWUUvqtNNISy7JK2TcZfEBcUQiyOfqu9)
but no matter what when I open up the
splashscreen option on the retropie menu shown in the Google video
it shows the default splash screens in the first folder.
BUT on the second folder that claims to be that splash screen directory I have on my USB drive, I cannot find the video splashscreens I put on there instead there's a whole bunch of splashscreen photos from the internet and not on my drive.
This is insane because I haven't seen anybody on the forums with this issue and I am desperate!! -
