Hiding "Retropie Menu" instead of removing it (retropie 4.0)?

Hi,
Is there anyway to hide "Retropie Menu" instead of removing it in Retropie 4.0? I don't want other people or kids to go and mess with it. I thought about installing experimental kid friendly package but it is not functioning well the last time when I used it (giving problems when you select a game as "favorite"). Thanks in advance.
