I have the Chd and teh game and it still does not work.

MVC2 doesn't work on mame, until you get to the latest live version of mame, and it's very very very slow, even on my 4Ghz desktop system. Best bet: Dreamcast Version with Reicast works mostly full speed on a pi3.
