Amiga ADF not recognized?

I have many ADF files in the amiga roms directory but EmulationStation isn't recognizing them. Are they case sensitive or something? I have the kickstart rom in the BIOS folder.

By default UAE4ARM does not launch directly into a rom or config file, only the basic GUI. Look at the following link on a way to launch into a config file: http://blog.petrockblock.com/forums/topic/launch-amiga-games-from-retropie-menu/
