Audio issue HDMI

Power Supply used: Original
RetroPie Version Used : 4.8.8
Built From: On top of Raspi OS 64bit Lite
USB Devices connected: Keyboard
Error messages received: VolumeControl::init() - Failed to find mixer elements!
Attachment of config files: (Fresh from install and I have tried adding hdmi_driver=2 and hdmi_force_hotplug=1)
How to replicate the problem: Fresh install on rpi 5 8gb and no sound. I tried so many mitu advice's and others on ytb but nothing worked for me. Once it worked on really old TV but since them atleast 4 monitor/TV did not beep at me.Does anyone know how to fix it ? Thanks

Audio doesn't work by default in the current stage of RetroPie development.
You have to manually set the audio output to HDMI
by going to RetroPie Setup > Audio > HDMI.Then restart EmulationStation.
If this doesn't work, then I believe something else is happening. -

@dvojkaa I have uploaded my backup image of RPi5. It's an unofficial, 100% clean image (with no BIOS/ROMs files) of RetroPie. I followed the official guide to install it. Can you please try with this image?

i have tried it with yoir image ane i have no words it worked once when my friend was over but since then nothing. -
Try to set the audio again and restart the system :
RetroPie-Setup -> audio -> HdmiDid you have install the Desktop ?
