I just went through almost every video i could find to try and solve this but being that retropie 4.0 is new there wasnt much everytime i restart retropie it removes my controller config for my snes usb controller. i can not navigate the menus to select an emulator. i can with my nes controller but i cant play games even after configuring the snes controller can some one plz point me in the right direction this is frustrating.

adding more to it everytime i exit a menu or a game my controller no longer works and when i reboot the the system it promts me everytime to map a controller. I just got everything today but have been doing research on making a retro gaming system for about a week now and have no idea what i did to cause this. plz i need help.

Update the setup script, remove and reinstall any affected emulators, this was fixed a few days ago
