Recalbox pi5 help

Hi, please help people.
I have watched so many videos on YouTube that all seems to use different methods and now very confused..
I have bought a pi5 and installed recalbox successfully (as in it comes up). However, there is no listed playstation one or Nintendo 64 (which is why I got it). Also, I cannot seem to successfully download any ROMs onto it even after plugging it into WiFi with an ethernet cable and selecting it from the network.. any advice or good set up guides that are up to date and for pi 5 recalbox gladly received.
