Format disc in in drive F: before i can use it?

Hi, I have a retropie sd card i used with my pc tower and i keep getting this message. If i format the disc it will wipe it clean. Help please lol

@stmacy Windows cannot read the Linux- formatted partition and therefore thinks it's not formatted at all. It's fine, just eject it & put it in your Raspberry.
