Very new to RetroPie. I have it on a Raspberry 4. I've installed linapple and put a very old Apple II game that I loved, Bug Attack, into the roms/apple2 directory. It comes up! It says "Press Pushbutton 0 to Begin Play" on the splash screen. I've set up a keyboard and also tried an Xbox controller, and when I hit any key or button, I can hear a sound, but nothing starts the game. Any idea how to set up "Pushbutton 0"?

In a sort of related question, is it possible to set up both the Xbox controller and the keyboard so that I can switch the 2 depending on which game I'm playing?

      Thanks so much in advance!

According to the manual, pressing K on the keyboard would start the game, button 0 is the paddle button 0, which I'm not sure if/how is emulated by Linapple.
