Retropie 4.8.9 and Daphne

Hello,

I continued testing some systems at the Raspberry PI 5, with Daphne I had trouble, the screen is small and saw in Retropie-Extras that there is a lr-daphne option but cant use it on Pi 5.

Later I tried with Hypseus, same effect, small screen but centered.

Use hypseus instead of daphne.

I had something similar to this and I had -x and -y arguments in the .commands file that was restricting the size of the video window. Take them out. But yeah, Hypseus all the way....
