I use the configure output in the start menu to get my two joysticks working and then they appear to be working in the menu but when i click on a game and start the emulation it randomises the buttons on one of the players the other joystick seems fine. When i leave the game the buttons on one of the joysticks are still randomised

I am using the xin-mo dual arcade.
with the pi 3 on the latest software

      Any help will be appreciated

@zood Did you ever find a fix? I'm running into the same issue, and I have looked through the "read this first" thread. And not to be rude at all, but the reply comment linking rules section isn't clear to the fix, and just seems snarky. Any help on this?

the reply comment linking rules section isn't clear to the fix, and just seems snarky.

It's not meant to be snarky. It's also not meant to point to a direct fix for any one problem. Among other useful pieces of information, the link simply advises anyone asking for help on what information is needed in order for others to give proper assistance. Otherwise a lot of time is wasted on assumptions that could potentially be ruled out.

@CHRISCaPWN That post is clearly linked on registration and you are asked to agree to it. Without details of your set-up it's impossible to advise on this. It also states to open a new topic when asking for help (providing the information requested), so please do that.
