ROM list not matching with actual roms

Hello all,
I'm the proud owner of a RP3B and I installed retropie 4.02 on it.
After some fooling around and seeing if everything works, I decided to delete the majority of my CPS1 roms, since I only want to play SF2 and Final Fight on it.
I had 143 games in FBA, now I have around 10. BUT...Here's the kicker..... when I select FBA, it still shows all 143 roms....
Is there a way for me to rescan the contents of fba without too much of a hassle? I looked through the retropie setting menus but couldn't find anything...
All roms I use are on an usb stick.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
