I recently set up the pre-made SD image of 3.6, got my ROMS installed via USB, and scraped everything to have a nice setup I like. However, there's some new stuff in 3.7 I would like to try out (Kodi via a gamepad sounds cool, I've been using a mini wireless keyboard for that, and openBOR sounds great too). Can I just update the Retropie install script, run the script, and keep my folders set up as is and have a smoot upgrade path for my system?

See my thread about this here, it was painless for me with just one or two things to note which may or may not affect you:

Cool. Thanks for the replies. Doing the upgrade now, got my fingers crossed.
