Dreamcast Time & Date Menu - Select Won't Work

When i launch a DC game or the system manager,
I can move the Date and Time settings,
and when i move to "Select", and press the button to move fwd it beeps, but wont let me progress.
I've tried a couple bios options, but no change.
Any help? -

Sounds similar to the issue I had before I configured my controller for Dreamcast.
