Spectrum BASIC splashscreen

So, I like the Spectrum, especially it's bright colours, and I had 4 hours of spare time on my hands, so I went about making a custom splash for RetroPie. This splash uses only the spectrum's colour palette, and since the Spectrum outputs 4:3 video, and most monitors are 16:9, I added some black borders to make it look 4:3, although I didn't like the blank space so I added a couple of the Spectrum's unofficial mascots and my signature. Finally I replaced the copyright of Sinclair research with that of Pet Rock.
