+1 @megaocta : very good idea to make a magnet link ! That way, no need to host a torrent file somewhere and it's way faster to add it to the torrent client.

I'll be seeding it undefinitely.

For those having problems with the link at the top of the post : those links are dead/unavailable.

This page is the first one on google when you search for a torrent link for retropie images. It's a shame the first links are dead.
The original poster @Petrorie did not connect for many month. Would it be possible to update the original post please ? This way people would be able to download without thinking it's not working ?
Or you could add the magnet link (and only the magnet) to the download page ? (marking it as unofficial, no problem).
I could make torrent files anytime a new retropie version is out if you wish guys.

@pizzapie I was non active for a very longtime it seems but I'm back now :) Yeah the magnet linking is a GREAT idea I wish I could have figured it when I started this topic. I created a new torrent for RetroPie v4.4 and edited the post. Enjoy the magnet links!

If you plan to keep posting new magnet links as new versions are released, I'd like to suggest you to create a new topic so you can edit the first post and keep it uptodate.

Hey :) Thanks for the suggestion.

The thing is, this post is well indexed on google when you type "retropie torrent" so I though it was a good idea to keep posting here. Sure it would be better to have the correct links at the top of this topic but @PetroRie seems inactive these days.

I'll try to keep posting new magnet links as long as I can find the time to do it (and if I catch the notification of new Retropie release :p).
